I just got my most recent order, and the packaging really stood out to me. Everything was boxed up super securely, with no dents, nothing rattling around, and all the parts wrapped properly. After this delivery, I’m feeling confident they actually take shipping seriously and don’t just toss stuff in a box

The shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking while I was making coffee in the morning, and half the time there weren’t really any useful updates, so I had no idea what was going on. The item did finally show up, and it was fine once it got here, but the wait was frustrating. Not a total disaster or anything, but I definitely wouldn’t order if I needed something fast

I went in expecting to grab a few things I actually needed, but barely any of it was available. What bothered me more was that it kind of felt like they made it my problem to figure out alternatives instead of offering any real help. Frustrating experience overall.

I’ve bought from them a few times and it’s always felt solid. I kinda feel like my rig is in good hands with them

The kit itself looked decent, so I’m not trying to be overly picky here, but the hardware wasn’t all included in the box. I got halfway through putting it together and had to stop and run to the store for bolts, which was frustrating. For what it costs, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect everything to be checked and included before it ships

I’ve had this out on some rough trails over the past few months, and reading between the lines, that’s usually when you start noticing weak spots. So far, though, the suspension has been handling everything well and still feels solid. No weird looseness or sketchy feeling yet, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

After using it, my first impression is that it’s built well. It feels sturdy, the welds look clean, and nothing about it feels cheap or questionable. So far, I really don’t have any complaints...

I ordered this part for my 4Runner, i was relieved when the fitment info turned out to be accurate. It matched my year and trim like the site said, which was the big thing I was crossing my fingers on.

The install was mostly smooth, though one bracket did take a little adjusting to get lined up just right. Nothing too frustrating, and once it was in place, it felt solid.
Overall, I’m happy with it and kind of glad it worked out as well as it did. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the instructions were a little clearer, but the fit was right where it needed to be.
